Refund Policy

At World Cup Wingman, we offer immediate access to our digital content, live match summaries, AI bluff takes, and push notification feeds.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

1. Instant Digital Access & Waiver of Refund Rights

Due to the digital, real-time nature of our services and immediate delivery of premium tournament content: * All sales are final and non-refundable. * In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (including EU/UK regulations and Section 2.2.4 of Paddle’s Refund Policy), by logging in, accessing the premium match feeds, or receiving real-time AI bluff takes, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Exceptions

Refunds are only evaluated in the following highly specific circumstances: * System Billing Errors: Duplicate transactions caused by database or checkout errors. * Material Technical Defects: A persistent server error that completely blocks you from accessing your account/feeds, and which our support team is unable to resolve within 48 hours of you contacting us.

Transactions are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
